People Like Us —
Name The Bias

Campaign Design, Typography, Title Design

This 2025 campaign for People Like Us through Worth Your While was created to raise awareness of the ethnicity pay and opportunity gap.

Non-white and minority workers in the UK continue to face systemic inequalities that affect their wages and career opportunities and may have to send up to 60% more applications than white workers to even get an interview.

An OOH campaign launched alongside a powerful spoken word film featuring poet Yasmin Ali as part of a motion to address inequality that was put in front of Parliament. These images represent a selection of development concepts alongside the finals which were on display around London.
